Cheato: Disappeared again

this is the 3rd time trying to keep this macro in sump.
this last time got a new light 5500k. nitrates are between 20-30 so should be plenty of nutrients in there.
any ideas regarding this dilemma?

Whats your phosphates at? Try dosing a little iron?
