I've never particulary cared for the look, but somehow yours are beautiful fish....maybe it is the contrasting background... or at least it helps

Thanks everyone for all the kind remarks. I got them here locally from LFS. They ordered a pair for me like 3 months ago. I told the store manager that I wanted a nice looking w.c. percs from N.G or S.I. Yeah, it took this long to get a real w.c. percs from S.I. I can't prove it that they came from S.I., but that's what the wholesalers (ERI) told me. My LFS actually quarantined and treated w/ medications for over 6 weeks for me. Wild or tank raised, I really don't care b/c they look awesome to me. Is there anyway to find out?

I would say SI at first look! SI's have a more light orange color to them than PNG .

Thats a really good LFS that will QT a fish for 6 weeks for you! I'm impressed.

If they had to treat for disease, then they probably were not tank bred.
