yeah, i work there, i might have helped you out there before. my names kyle,

anyways, that octopus is amazing, his body is acctually very small, about the size of a golfball, i was feeding him gost shrimp the other day, pretty cool to watch, very intelligent, strange thing is (me and rob say he has jet lag, lol) he has mainly been coming out just before we close around around 730. but when you do see him, hes really neat to watch,

btw we got a huge coral shipment in this week, were running out of room to put our corals, theres just to many of them,

and by any chance did you see that massive red angler/frog. he is huge, about the size of a football.

if you guys have any questions about what corals or fish are in the store, just pm me and ill let you know what we have, however some of the new stuff just got priced so i dont know those off the top of my head.

:D kyle

That is a perfect example of a commercial post, and what NOT to do if you are a commercial poster.
Kyle, being an employee of a LFS puts you in the catagory of commercial poster. Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the user agreement as posting in that manner again will mean loss of posting privileges here.

I was there the other day, and I was looking in it's tank briefly and I didn't see it. It must have been hiding or camoflauged, I only looked for a second anyway. Didn't they have another one not too long ago. I saw it for sale, it was $299 or something like that, I had no idea they cost that much.

I was going to get a Octopus joubini at one point, but this mimic octopus looks really cool. Anyone know where to get more information besides tonmo? they are kinda lacking in the mimic dept.

It never comes out till around 730...thats the only time Ive seen it out besides when they took all the rocks out to take the pictures!! very cool though...I was told they get pretty big...so youd need a pretty good sized tank!!

Great point Rogger !!!!!!!!!

To many time we are told by LFS that the coral or fish they have will work in our tanks. I never go by what they are telling me any more, as I found that a lot of times they will die, and should not be sold. So I go on line, or read a book before I buy. Sometimes it's the employee that don't know a thing about what they are selling, or it could be the owners greed to make a sale. There are some corals that might live 6 months, but will die off because we can not provide what they need to survive . So with that said we all need to read before we buy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rick
