Don, loving the green cerianthis. My favorite in your entire collection. They are all beautiful but something about the simplicity of a intensely colored solid green one...breath taking.

You are so right Mike, I can't stop staring at it. It looks like it has a light in it. It positively glows. These cerianthis have become my favorite animals in my tank, and that is saying a lot.

ah, so now I know who beat me out while I was in the checkout at DD. lol.

I was going for one of the orange ones they had and the green one. Missed the ones they had both days this week.

congrats, though. and it does look magnificent!

Ahhh I owe you then. I was so worried because I had a problem with my Pay Pal password and I was freaking out someone would beat me. I have been looking for a green and a blue one for a year now. So, thank you for having slow fingers. :celeb1:

There are more of them there. They also have the orange ones to match. I was just on the tour last weekend and saw them. They also have a very dark purple/black one too. I picked up an orange w green mouth.

That is absolutely stunning! I used to have a purple one several years ago in a 10g with about a 3/4" of aragonite if you can believe it. I bought into all the hype about them being fish eaters, and wouldn't put one in my reef. Ironically, of course, it ate anything I tried to put in there (being a small tank and all), including a mated pair of harlequin shrimp that the LFS swore would not go near it. Do your tubes host anything, i.e. porcelain crabs? I would LOVE to get have a biotope type tank with tubes and harlequin crabs but have never been able to find anyone who sold these commensal crabs.
Again, your collection is gorgeous, any full tank shots?

Wait till I find you a blue one...

Well get on it!!!

Hmmmm, I once saw a black one with the green center. It was out of this world

Thank you. My one orange one in the corner hosts a pair of petersoni shrimp. I have never seen anything else host with them.

Hurry and buy some more so we can see them. Keep your eyes peeled as Live Aquaria has orange ones to match. Maybe you could contact them and talk to somebody as I saw them in the tank last weekend when I took the tour.

Thanks, I always do. It is hard to tell by the picture but one of mine is orange and one is pink. I'm on the lookout for an aqua blue one. How was the tour? It is on my list of things to do.

Definately go on the tour. I have gone the past two years and it is still cool to see their huge.setip. Plus the 10% in the retail store and eveeything you buy out of 20,000 gallons is up for grabs. Way more in their tanks than what they put online. They also give you a grab bag with lots of cool stuff along with some pretty awesome door prizes as well. Definately put it on the list of things to do. I am in central Wisconsin about 2 hours south and its well worth the drive.
