Well, this is my first nano, I've been in the hobby for close to a decade now, except...I do have allot of stock piles on chemicals, except dosing, however seems adequate enough that sufficient water changes should eliminate the 'need' for adding chemicals; if there's any additives people like to run besides the standard alk, mag, cal, please let me know your experience and routine for doing so.
I did have one last question though, I usually am forced to get my products through petco, except I can never get knowledgeable help.
Picked this up today, wanted to know if its worthwhile in throwing in on water changes or if I should just leave it alone. I've had a Apex system up for a couple days now, PH probe(non-lab grade) seems to be reading at 8.1PH.
