Chili coral dead or dying?

Hey guys,

I just wanted to get your thoughts on this coral. Since this guy opens up only at night, I kind of lost focus on it until recently and I think I forgot to take some important steps.

Due to algae issues I stopped feeding corals daily and I think this is the first victim of a cleaner tank.

It used to have a bunch of white polyps every morning when I got up, but now it just has a bunch of brown stuff, like dead skin on it.

What do you think, can it be saved?

These guys should be spot fed. Rotifers work well and zooplankton.
