Chiller and ROIIIs for sale

I have a lightly used arctica 1/2hp chiller and several ROIIIs for sale. Pickup only, no I will not deliver or ship. Pick up is 90212.

The chiller retails for 1200 and believe it or not uses less juice than the 1/3 hp unit. 1" in/outs

ROIIIs retail for 100 bux. I also have changed out the glass shields for low lead glass (starphire). this increases the output by about 15% vs standard glass shields.

I will part with the chiller for 750.

The ROIIIs for 70 each (I think I have 5 of 'em laying around).

I am selling the ROIIIs b/c my tank dimensions are not amenable to these units.

I got an ecochiller so I do not need the arctica.

The glass swap ont he RF3, is the glass you swapped UV glass? I thought the glass had to protect the aquarium from UV that the DE bulbs produce?

How do these bad boys mount?

any ol glass will ward off the UV. The low lead/starphire just blocks out less overall light.

They mount however you want to mount them. Hang, bracket etc...

more square output. Better "feel". I don't like the PFO plugs (those are POS for what you pay)

i agree with youabout the plugs.. i have 4 and the plugs SUCK but i got the adapters so it worked out...
