chiller flow

Ok I've got a jbj 1/10th chiller and there are minimum and maximum flow rates required to go through the chiller.

Now what is everyone doing, flow wise? Is everyone at the low end of the flow rate or high end?

Flow Rate: 240 - 260 gph

would a low flow result in less chilling time? or is it the other way?

More flow would result in less chilling time.
