Chiller for 55 gal tank... need help!

hey guys... has anybody heard of an ICE PROBE AQUARIUM CHILLER??? http://www.marinedepot.com/aquarium_chillers_coolworks_iceprobe.asp?CartId= thats the link to it. i think its suposed to be pretty small (in comparison to other chillers). Basically what i want to do with it is attach it somewhere to either the intake syphon tube, or the return tube, or somewhere in my sump. i'm not sure if that will be enough to cool down a 55 gal, but i am having some MAJOR heat issues with my halide lights. i basically want to keep the chiller price under 200... i know i know... almost impossible. anyways... let me hear yall expert opinions.

their is actually a new chiller im going to buy for my 40gal thats from pacific coast imports thats 199.99 rated for 20-30 gals heres the link im buying it shortly once i get paid!
