So I have this purple tang in qt for three weeks now @ 60mg/g of CP her a never shown signs of ich or any other fish. But the purple's got this one white shirt on him for three weeks now and I think it may be a Lymph. What do you guys think?

Don't you love spell check/auto correct where 'white spot' becomes 'white shirt' - drives me nuts! Anyhow, inclined to agree with you on a lymph. My pair of hippos periodically have a few of these; though I confess they generally come and go in a few days, not three weeks. My experience with Tangs is that they quickly get covered in white specks if they have ich.

Yeah that white dot has been there for weeks in an thinking of it is ich it should be more spots.

I'm having a similar issue with my naso tang, he had been in quarantine for about two weeks; once I added him to the display; he had a white spot on its tail fin for about a week now. To me the white spot looks to big to be ich. Let me know if you figure something out!
