Chocolate Chip star Fish

Hi I was wondering if a Chocolate Chip star Fish,is a good idea for a FOWLR Setup? My tank is FOWLR,but I have the regular cleanup crew Snail and hermit crabs,also I have Cleaner shrimp. Will a Chocolate Chip star Fish eat the cleaner shrimp and snails and hermit crabs?

They are very good predators, but should be ok in a FOWLR. They are not reef safe.
