My christmas tree worm came out of its tube and now I cant find it. Since I know nothing about them, will it pose a threat to anything? Should I try to find it?

Thanks in advance.

it will come out of it's tube if it is harrased it is the way they escape danger. but it will grow another one.

That's true for feather dusters but not for christmas trees. If a CTW is missing it's probably been eaten or died from other causes.

I just noticed last night that one of my hermit crabs was bothering one of my CTWs and now he is gone. I kept a close eye on them for weeks to make sure that there weren't any problems but as soon as I stopped watching "bam." I got two batches of hermits and the second batch are the meanest. They killed some of the first batch and now they're going after my pretty worms. I think it's time for them to go to quarentine.
