christmas tree worms

I wasn't sure where to post this, so I hope this is right. Last weekend I saw the most beautiful christmas tree feather dusters at the LFS. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with these, as I've heard they can be difficult.

Its not so much the worms that are tuff, it is more, will the porites coral that hosts them survive. They normally require moderate flow and moderate to hight light intensity.

They can do just fine without the porites coral, although it would be desirable to have the coral do well also. Thankfully, porites is a fairly easy coral to keep. As far as the worms go, they do require good feeding, which I accomplish for all that I keep in the tank by keeping the system as free flowing as possible, no filter floss / pads to do any trapping of material. I also run a dsb and a refuge. Each night I am always amazed at the planktonic soup that is available, even the corals pig out on it.

I was given a rock with about 6 of those worms in it with the coral still alive. I am also quite paranoid about keeping it as I have heard the coral can be difficult. So far I have had it for 2 months and everything looks great.
