Christmas trees and tanks

I know what you're thinking, are you kidding me, already?.... Lol
One of my other hobbies is christmas lights and about this time of year I begin to plan, and test previous years lights as more are added.

This got me to thinking about the tree. We will be getting a live 1, placement will be about 15-20 feet away from DT. Is this an issue here?

In our previous house the tree was in the same room as my tank for a few Christmas seasons and as far as I could tell no issues arose.

So you are the one who hogged up all the power and Killed power on the whole city last year... STOP IT I TELL YOU..

On a Serious Note. I have when our kid was growing up had a tree next to the tank with no ill effect.. Just be sure no needles get into the tank and WASH Your hands after messing with the tree before you stick them in the tank..
ohh no xmas lights in the tank they are not water proof..

Hey i tried to go to blue star today. 2nd time. last time on the door it said closed mon- tues.. now under wed they removed the times open.. what is up with them.... Sandy's Got another 100.00 from me :angryfire:

BlueStar is open Thursday thru Saturday 12-8, Sunday 12-6. Thursday is when they have the new stuff in :thumbsup:
