Chromis during cycling

Just started up my 132g 6 days ago. Ammonia is spiking right now. The tank is so empty I am thinking of adding in 10 chromis right now when it is cycle as it is so boring to stare at the empty tank.

Will the chromis made it through the cycling process you guys think? Are they hardy enough to withstand the ordeal? I know damsel fishes are more hardier but I don't like aggressive and I would like to keep the chromis for long term.

No do not add any critters during the cycle, besides the suffering to the poor animals wether they survive or not it will over extend the duration of the cycle, end up with higher phosphates and Nitrates and add predators before your rock infauna and pods have a chance to get established and start reproducing.
Keep good water changes to keep Ammonia low during the cycle to save as much life in your rock as possible specially during the first couple of weeks and to keep Nitrate and Phosphate accumulation low.
Patience will save you a lot of problems, a lot of unnecessary work and a lot of money.
