Chromis is acting like its blind

Ok. So I dipped my chromis yesterday in Paraguard because the fish was acting strange, swimming drunk-like, kind of bumping into things. Thought the fish was stressed and having issues because of some flukes. So he got dipped for 50 minutes without any signs of stress. The fish was acting a bit rough when I put him back in the QT. Just sunk to the bottom and kind of sat there all night breathing fast.

This morning he was still alive, his color was back to normal but still sitting there. It started to swim eventually and returned to acting exactly like it was before, drunk-like and kind of bumping into things. So

So I read that chromis can go blind when they get a bit older. And this guy is full grown. I noticed he wasn't responding to my hands when outside the tank, and so I put on in the water and tried to move around the fish. It could sense that something was near it, but I was able to practically wrap my fingers around the fish without it reacting much. It just kind of swam in place, even if It bumped into my fingers. I can tell the fish is still able to see light because if I turn the lights on or off the fish will change its color a bit.

Only drugs in the water are CP at 60 mg / gallon and a Prazipro dose. The tank is heavily aerated so shouldnt be due to low oxygen. Anyone seen this before, its very bizarre. The fish was fine 2 days ago and then this.

I changed the water and added another dose of Prazipro and 40 mg / gallon CP. No change in fish. Still just swims around, and is still ignoring food even if placed right next/in front of it.

Ill keep updating this since this appears to be sort of unique.
