chromis mated pair?

2 of the 3 green chromis in my tank have been "kissing" at first people said it was territorial, like arm wrestling, so i told them the 2 fish are always together, sometimes the 3rd joins to school, sometimes it doesnt.

i can tell its the same two becasue they are both larger then the third fish, so i was reffered here to see if this was foreshadowing to a possible mated pair?
