Cipro treatment stories

There is a lot of talk about the use of ciprofloxacn as a treatment for sick anemones and for newly shipped ones. As far as I know there is no scientific study to show that it works, but there are a lot of people out there that have used it. I'm interested in what all has been treated and if it worked and what seams like the point of no return. What I'd like to know is:
1. What species of anemone did you treat?
2. What condition was it in when you started treatment?
3. Equipment used (tank size, powerheads, air pumps, Lighting)
4. Dosage used and how many days
5. Did treatment work or fail?
Pics of before, during, and after treatment would be great.
This way maybe we can get some insight as to if its really effective and have most of the stories compiled into one thread

As far as I know, I was the person who first document this treatment and write about it here on RC. There are other reefers who have used antibiotics to try to save their anemones but no one really write about it, the what, how of this process. I also posted some rational as to why I do it certain way. I hope you will add on this original thread instead of add another thread.
I started this thread when I start to treat my Magnifica and invites people who use this treatment to document their treatment result, good or bad, on that thread.
You can readi it here:

Cipro treatment is great imo for Gigs & Mags.. I just saved a Mag that was knocking on deaths door two weeks ago, now it's a 10" monster hosting two clowns.

Ask on the boards, and you will get a LOT of help.. This is a great and dedicated community.
