Circulation Pump Recommendation?

Hey all,

I have a RSM 130D, over 6 months old and just added in my first corals. However circulation with their single 1550 circulation pump leaves much to be desired flow wise. Cyanobacteria is able to take hold in all the areas of the tank, including the "high flow" areas. The single pump just isn't cutting it. I am looking at adding a single circulation pump (only have room for 1 more) and looking at gal/hr. Any recommendations? Currently have my eyes on the Hydor Koralia Evolution Aquarium Circulation Pump, just not sure what size to get.

The Koralia's are decent pumps, though I have not used them in a number of years. I LOVE my Jebao (I know, A LOT of opinions on these) wave makers. You could do a single RW-8, though two RW-4's would give you better, more random flow. Unlike the Koralia Evolution pump, you can adjust the flow, create wave motions, have different water movement patterns, etc. These features make them a better option IMO and the wave motion that it creates in the water column will help to remove more detritus than a constant flow.

I had some Koralia's in my tank on a wavemaker. They were 1150 gph and I had two for a 40B. Mine's an SPS tank though so you might want less flow than that. I would recommend getting two that are around 600-1000 gph.
