There are some nasty articles about cirolanids and even on RC some of those articles seem to conflict with how to deal with them.

I suggest you search the RC mag site for this subject .. Ron Schimek wrote an article a few yrs ago and I recall one of the members wrote an article about catching them a yr or so ago.

YEP! If you have cironalids then don't buy any lottery tickets .. with some luck maybe you have some plain old isopods.

Tough decision.

Based on reading Schimeks article you might consider a quick tear down and "re-do". As I recall Schimek indicates they only eat "live fish" but I think another article by an RC member indicated he used some dead fish as "bait" to help capture. Assume that if you left the tank without fish long enough they would starve .. beats me.

i say if they eat fish, i'll hold off on em. no meaty foods for corals either i guess. with the tear down, how would i rid the LR of em anyways? the price i pay for cultured i guess, and overnight shipping to keep these lil suckers alive!

Schimek keeps a forum over at MarineDepot and you might consider visiting that forum and asking him for some specific advise. No downside.
