So i have my OR 6500 running on my closed loop. from the OR it goes into 1" pipe then into a super squirt, but when i put my hand in front of a outlet it feels like 200-300gph, barely anything.

you should be getting around 700-800gph per nozzle and remember you can't really compare it to a power head, it's a more diffused flow. If you can get one of your out puts out of the water then you could visually see if it looks about right
