Clam growth rates

I "inherited" six clams: a couple squamosas, three croceas and a maxima. They are all about 3 - 3.5". In your experience, what are the growth rates, generally speaking. They are in a 29g with a 250MH. The Croceas and Maxima are up higher on rocks, the Squamosas are on the sand. Calcium is around 400 -425. I am feeding DT's. Just curious...
It varies so my resuly may not be what others get. My clams grow a good 1/4 inch every 4-5 months. So that would be around 3/4 a year at the most. I have a few friends that have clams that grow around an inch a year....
