Clam invader?!

OOOOOOOOKKKKKKKKKKKK..........I'm looking at my crocea and there is an unmistakable arm of a spaghetti worm coming out of the breather hole. Is this a real problem? It doesn't seem to really be bothering it, but I don't know when the damn thing moved in. Any thoughts?

Shouldn't be an issue. Never heard of this happening before though. How big is the opening compared to the worm? So long as the clam stays open there shouldnt be a problem.

The arm is about the size of a human hair. Its been like that for over a week and it still doesn't seem to bother it.
