Clam pests

I have had 3 clams die in my main tank over the past several weeks. These are clams that I have had several months or years. All parameters are fine which make me think it is a pest. What are the possible pests and what do they look like and how do I get rid of them.
Pyramid snails, welks, and i heard of a fluke.. are all possible suspects.

pyramid snails are small snails that are skinny and "pyramid" shaped. i have a yellow choris wrasse that actually eats those specific snails. otherwhise you just have to take them off yourself. you may never see them during the day so it would probably have to be done at night.

anyone else have thoughts

tell us a little more about your system, lighting / sump / what you dose etc...........

Sure, I have the aquatinics t-5 system for 2 years (14 t5 bulbs) have a oceanic sump 3 with a skimmer, uv and a 50 gallon refuge. Dose with kalk (auto top) and add kent trace weekly.
ca is maintained around 440-460, kh around 9, nitrates and phos is low to untrace.

that all sounds good, if your params are stable and lighting is good all i can recommend is a stake out to check for any other pests. ( snails / flatworms )

is this in the 90G or the 24G??? how much of a spike is there from the Kalk top off?? were does it enter the tank??

do the clams look fine one day and are completely gone the next??? or is a slow death??
