Clam shell decoration

I was at Norm R's place a couple of months ago and he had a clam with a couple of mushrooms on the side of it. I dont remember if it intentional or an accident but it was pretty cool. I have a frag of zoas inbetween two clams that is starting to grow out and coming very close to my corcea. Could this cause problems for the clam? Are clams less sensitive to this stuff?

Shouldnt bother the clam.Ive seen all kinds a stuff growing off clam shells.

Mine was fine last night....woke up to this this morning. Hermit crabs going to town.

The clam will be fine. I saw a picture posted a long time ago where a clams shell became carpeted in bright Zoanthids. Was pretty cool actually.
