clam tilting

We have two clams in a deep sand bed. Both are doing great but one of them keeps shifting so that it is almot on it's side. Any ideas?

try putting a small rock under it (about a half inch under sand)if it byssal threads grab on it should hold it self up.some clams will move around a lot untill they find a spot that they like
