Clams effected by phosban?

i think i read something a while back that phosban is not health to use if you have clams, is this correct? any help is appreciated!

It is ok to use but you should run carbon too. It is theororized that the iron in the media excites the protozoan that causes PM. If your clam looks distressed, remove the phosban.
