Nope I missed that, Lookls like a record or very near, did it come from one of the lakes in California?

Yeah caught once by three best friends brought in and weighed just under record, then they caught it again but snagged it so officially not a catch, then a year later it was found floating dead in the lake...a great story about three friends and their fishing passion and hunting a world record.

they named her dotty because of the dot under her mouth.

I wondered if that was the one. Bassmaster did an expo on it and the whole issue with how they walked away from what they knew was a world record!! It was a great story!!
