Is it possible to add or pair another clarki to my tank or would my current clarki not care for that to much. Thanks

If you have one clownfish now yes.Just get one smaller than him/her and they SHOULD pair.Im not saying they will but they SHOULD!

Do I have to determine sex of fish first if so how. Is there any certain way to introduce the clown to the tank. Thanks

Females are larger and generally above 2,2 1/2 inches.I would get one about 1,1 1/2 inches. When indroducing a new fish place them in a Speciman box and see how the other clownfish reacts. You can tell if she will accept or if she wants to kill him!

Part of the issue with Clarkiis (( at least IME )) is that there isn't a huge difference in size b/t the male and female. I had my pair for about 12 years and the female was just a wee bit bigger. Not sure if someone who didn't know the clowns would be able to tell the difference.

In your case I would do my best to get one that is a lot smaller, usually younger. When introducing it I would put it in a breeder box for the first 24 hours or so -- just to let them get used to each other.

When I had my clarkii pair, the female was about twice as big as the male. With my Osc pair, the female is 3 times as large.
