clarkii draws blood

Small story to share with everyone. I was doing simple tank maintaince last night, scraping the glass with a razor and I felt something smack into my finger. I pulled my hand back a little and saw my clarkii clown staring at my hand. I went about finishing what I was doing and a few seconds later I felt a much harder wack on my finger. This time I pulled my hand out of the tank and there was a small trickle of blood running down my finger. I looked in the tank and there he was staring at me a stay out look on his face. I gave him a few minutes to calm down then finished the job. This is a first for me, I've had two, foot long oscars and never once did they bite, and my little clarkii draws blood, go figure.

My old pair went ballistic on me after I did some tank re-arranclarkiisgement which entailed messing with their anenome. Yeah they can chomp. And to think that the offspring are being raised by a guy in MD now..... They were "blue eye" clarkiis and breeding machines.

...... till you've been bitten by a trigger or puffer, I'l just laugh at your woosie lill clown's powers of chomptatude.

My Tomato chomps my hand on occasion, but nothing more than an annoying lill bite. The second Huma Huma I had and my friends Puffer and Clown Trigger.... they left scars.

A had a female marron clown that would draw blood time after time. But then again she was always spawning.

my pair are spawning regularly and have shown this same kind of aggression. once the male swam up to my hand took a razor blade out of his mouth and sliced me! i heard the faint sounds of him shouting "stay out of my hood"! and the rest of the fish shouting awe snap... what'cha gonna do bit**"! i did the right thing and walked away. best advice is to walk away from this confrontation. clown fish can be a bit ghetto if ya know what i mean.
