Clean up crew (favorite)

I have a 72bow also...I originally bought 3 chocolate chip starfish and a red barbed starfish. Still have em almost a year later. I use hermits, turbos, and bristleworms, and a red striped goby that lee everything else clean. No there is never excess food laying around.

Unfortunately since I added a Picasso and Xmas wrasse, I no longer have snails but glass stayed very clean with them.

I have 3 peppermint shrimp right now, when I setup my tank I got some aptasia and they took care of that quick. But I definitely need some others. I've seen one bristle warm in some rock and a starfish (asterina I was told) showed up.

Are any of the clean up crew actually fun to watch? A sand sifting goby is on the must have for me.

Since not all snails and crabs like the same things I have a variety of them in my aquarium. My clean up crew consists of several blue and red legged hermit crabs, one emerald crab, two peppermint shrimp, one skunk cleaner shrimp, and a scattering of dwarf cerith snails, trochus snails, nassarius snails and astrea snails. My sand sifting diamond goby helps keep the sand clean.

i have a 58gl rr and have one turbo, and i think one hermit crab. I have a lot of corals and everything seems fine with such a small clean up crew.

I have heard the kits places sell are over kill but 58 gallon with 2 members of the clean up crew. Glad to know it can be done with a small quantity. I'm going to go a little more but I like the looks of the cuc.
