Having an algae problem here and there. Tank has been up for about 6 months. Wondering what is a good clean up crew or atleast 1 or 2 i can throw in there that would clean up brown algae from the rocks and glass. I have 3 triggers and a lionfish. Thanks.

You may get lucky with some snails for awhile, add them when the Triggers are sleeping, eventually they well be eaten, but they may get some algae first....Curious what kind of Triggers you have? Triggers and Lions don't typically make good tankmates particularly in a 46 gallon tank. Triggers often make Lions into chew toys as they (the triggers) get older the aggression increases.

So big snails are the only ones that would survive in there. i know for a fact gobys and blennys wont. I put one it and took him right out and got store credit for it thank god. Someone told me sand sifter star would make it. Actually i have had them there for 6 months with no problems. lionfish, huma trig, clown trig and undluated trig, yeah, i know the undulated will turn into a pirahnna. but i have had no problems just yet. the very first min i see there is im just going to returen him back. i know the store owners real good. The ph 8.2. amonia.0 nitrite0, nitrate 20-30, salt 102.5. 10 percent water changes every sunday. just wanted to know what algae eater i can put in there. i get patches of brown algae here and there. thank you. anyone else any advice of any i can put in there with them. The lionfish is doing fine, it loves krill.
