Cleaned 6105 and now it clicks

I have 4 6105's. I cleaned all of them in a vinegar bath and now one of them clicks every time it switches speeds. Anything that I can do to fix this? I cleaned it about 2 weeks ago. At one time I thought it had something to do with air bubbles. I've tried to move the pump around underwater and upside down to try and dislodge any air bubbles but it still clicks. Kinda loudly.

thanks for the help.

Did it click prior to cleaning, has it always clicked? Is the disk 6065.792 in place under the drive unit on the shaft, is it damaged or worn?

Prior to cleaning the pump did not click. I removed the assembly and should that the disk was there and appeared to be fine. From the outside was a blue cap impellar disk and then another blue cap. The blue cap inside the pump did not come out with the assembly. After I pulled it out I found it was "worn" a bit were the disk would press against it. I then switched the two caps and the pump was quiet. After about 5 minutes the clicking started again. Any ideas?

Thanks

I received my replacement parts today. I installed them in a couple minutes and the pump is 100% silent. no clicking. I'm not sure why this certain one started clicking while all the others are silent but either way I'm much happier.
Tunze service is top-notch and makes me feel much more comfortable about spending the money on their products when I know that they will be more than fair with me if it needs repair.

Thanks Roger. All is well.
