Coral banded shrimp will kill other shrimp and will often attack small fish. They're carnivorous, and I'd personally never keep one. They kill little stuff in general.
Blood shrimp and cleaner shrimp are usually aggressive to smaller shrimp.
Peppermint shrimp are smaller fish that will likely be attacked and killed by the others.
You could chance blood and cleaner in the same tank, given that it's that size. Just keep an eye on them. Peppermints have a chance of surviving, but not a huge one.
