Cleaner shrimp beat up!

My Clownfish (Clarkaii) beat the living **** out of my shrimp. The shrimp are upside down and are missing some legs and they back fins look as though they were nipped at. Should I freeze the shrimp to put them out of their misery or put them into quarantine and pray.

UPDATE: Shrimp are doing better. They are standing up right as of now, but aren't moving very much.
