If I were a skinny little Yasha goby I don't think I'd be that brave!

I have 2 in a 75 gallon. They spend a lot of time together, and are just generally awesome.

And if you look at the stomachs on these two, they are covered with eggs. This pic is a little clearer:

If you decide on getting any, make sure you're prepared to acclimate them for a few hours. They are very sensitive to changes in parameters. I'd recommend a mini heater, a bucket, and some 1/4 inch tubing tied in a knot for a siphon.

Also make sure your salinity is at least 1.023.

And of course, that you have no natural enemies in the tank. Triggers, coral banded shrimp, etc.

freaking awesome......I shall require one of those this time.....come on cycle!!

I don't think these will do as well in a new tank. They are less tolerant of swings in water quality, and you may have some of this while your tank is maturing.

I would add hardier fish and inverts first, and then wait a couple of months.

And make sure to plan accordingly, so that you don't have any fish that will want to snack on them!
