Cleaner shrimp dining choices?

Do cleaner shrimp eat stuff off the rocks and leftover fish food or do they only eat the parasites on fish?

They'll eat whatever foods you put in the tank.

Yup, they will eat anything basically. Flake, mysid, pellets, fish poo, and anything else. Mine also enjoy an occasional earthworm (only sometimes though since its not part of their natural diet).

And they sometimes pick off the rocks if not that much food is present in the tank.
