Very exciting day for me here. I noticed my cleaner shrimp has eggs, I do have 2 shrimps but I have no idea if the babies if and when they hatch could survive. Very exciting anyways. Here is a pic of momma perched on my setosa, It's tough to see the eggs

They wont survive in the dt and are very difficult to raise in seperate tanks, usually if you try to raise them and start out with 100 fry you will end up with just 1 in the end. Takes alot of dedication for 8 months.

I would say just let them become fish food unless your up to trying to raise them.

I think they're gonna be fish food most likely. Maybe 1 will burrow in a rock and make it. Do you know if the shrimp will continue to breed now? Every X amount of days?

Oh yeah they will always have babies, i never timed how long between each time though. Shrimp are easy to pair up and have eggs as they are hermaphicts (sp.) They have both male and female organs. If you wanna try and raise shrimp i would start off with pepermint shrimp, they are the easiest from what i understand.

I used to keep 5-6 peppermints and never noticed eggs. These 2 cleaners have only been together 2 months and i think they both have eggs lol
