Cleaner Shrimp Is A Pig And Digging At Corals For Food

I'm thinking of pulling out my skunk cleaner shrimp because he keeps opening corals to get food. Are there any other cleaner shrimp that won't do this?

PS. I even feed him directly beforehand and he still does it...this guy is a pig!

Have you tried giving him a small slice of table shrimp when you feed your corals? It would need to be something large enough that he would not be able to eat it very quickly.

This or you could cover the corals with Tupperware containers.

I haven't tried that big of a piece of food. Will give that a try. But doesn't it take corals a very long time to consume food, so once the shrimp is done with its food, won't it try to open the corals anyway? He seems to loooove the Reefroids.
