does anyone have a pair of large cleaner shrimp they are looking to get rid of or sale or trade

You can just pick up any two shrimp, they are hermaphrodites, or are you just trying to save some cash?

some places i have bin in the past only have tinny ones and i want to get a large pair of them

if you get large ones you risk purchasing older mature specimens that are near the end of their lifespan. i would suggest getting smaller specimens and watching them grow.
