cleaning biocube plastic (glass)

I am still tring to clean off that green algie I had last week . Its seems to have hardened to the glass (plastic lexan or whatever)
in spots . I have a white pad scrubber with long handle that I used on the freash water tank but its really on there. Very frustrating..

It sounds like it is coraline algea. I would personally scrape it off, although some find it desirable, i find it tacky.

I have a Biocube 14 and I'm pretty sure its glass. An old credit card might work, otherwise a Kents scraper with the stainless blade should work ok.

i have a 29 and 8 gal biocube they are plexiglass i use a blue scrubber from wal mart i have to use a little pressure to get the algie off but i usually clean it once a day after feeding my fish
