cleaning MH bulbs

i remember reading something about 100% ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL. all i can find is 70% ISOPROPYL ALCOHOL can i use this?

Use 130% more than you would ordinarily.

I would think it would be fine. I've always used a damp soft cloth and then dried with another soft cloth.....

I use a vinegar/water mix and it has been working perfectly for me.
