I have this (http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/algae-free-magnetic-glass-cleaner-1.html#) glass cleaner, am I supposed to put a piece of foam where the Velcro is? What do I use to clean the glass?

Black "velcroy side" goes in water on inside of glass. Blue felt side goes outside of glass. Magnets connect through glass. Velcro scrubs algae off.

You're welcome. I just joined reefcentral tonight, figured I would chime in quickly. Had a tank on and off for 20+ years. Just cranked mine back up after 2 years down and deciding what direction to take with it. This seems like a good community and I will have lots of questions!
PS: Make sure nothing gets between the velvety side and your outer glass. I learned the hard way a long time ago.
