Will vinegar baths expedite the deterioration of the magnet on the wet side?

Ecotech, what is the recommended process for cleaning the wet side of these pumps?

We recommend soaking the wetside in a 50/50 hot water and vinegar bath then disassembling the wetside entirely and cleaning all components. Also, vinegar will not degrade any component on your wetside at all.
