cleaning your tank

Depends on the size of the tank .... but i think the majority use magnets , then what kind is up to you .... I use mag-floats and a lot of people w/ higher end systems use the Tunze ....

Mag-Floats for everyday, and once in a while I go in with a Kent Super Scraper (I think that's what it's called) to remove coralline growing in places I don't want it.

For the outside, there is a glass cleaner that is fish safe. I's made by Aquarium Pharmaceuticals and it's called "Safe & Easy". Works great, no streaks!

Mag float every couple of days and then maybe monthly if necessary I use a long wooden dowl with a razor blade in the end of it for scraping coraline off the inside of the glass.

Mag float as well for the inside glass, and an old credit card to get the coraline. The outside glass I just use hot water and a dry soft cloth. :)

here's a related question; how are you guys getting corraline off the silicone? i can't believe i used to wish/pray for this stuff
