I am currently stocking Discus,but want to try Marine,could anyone tell me what is the best thing to use for cleaning a freshwater tank,ready for marine living rock.

There's really nothing from the freshwater world that is going to harm your saltwater tank (except medicines). If there's a lot of algae in the tank now I would let it dry out and scrape the glass to remove any junk or debris. Otherwise, fill it up and get started!

I washed mine down real well and sprayed vinegar in it and rinsed again.
