clear tissue on chalices?

hey guys, i just started noticing my chalice frags have some spots which the tissue is clear. i currently have them on the sand beds with LEDs running. the LEDs only go up to 35% intensity so i'm not sure it's bleaching.

the only change i had that might have caused them some stress was removing them from the frag plugs and gluing them to frag rocks for a more natural look.

just to be safe i moved them into the shade for now to see if it might be related to the lights.

any feedback of what could be causing this?

Could they have been stung?

could it be a bubble? I have had chalice get a bubble of tissue over damaged skeleton area caused by accidental bumping bashing into while working in tank . Might you have damaged skeleton a bit while removing and gluing chalices can be quite fragile.

reef bass, i dont believe they were stung since i dont have anything in the tank that would have done it.

aromano, i see this on about 3 chalices so i think its more of a global issue.
