Clear water scrubber cw50 light issues

Anyone had issue with the light units? I have had the algae scrubber installed ~1month and one light is dead and the other goes off and on for 10 mins at a time. Frustrating… I reached out to their customer service. Fingers crossed for a good experieclnce.

Did you have any luck with customer service? My lights stopped working last night and it has only been running for 3 weeks.
