if you go probably 1 to 2 seconds faster and put it on a Tripod or something steady then you will get a really nice effect with the cars moving. Slowing down the shutter speed will make it not so washed out with the street lights, but you will still be able to get the car streak effect. I took one of these on accident as well. Its a fun and cool effect.
