clicking shrimp at night

i foudn a lillte 1 inch shrimp on one of my rocks, my water is still a milkshake, so i couldnt get a good view, btu he was kinda clear wiht blakc stripes on his back, and he had one huge claw, lie ka pistol shrimp. i tried to suck him off wiht my baster, b/c i was blowing off my rocks, but i accidntly blew him off and didnt see him, then i few seonds later i heard tha tdisting clicking i hear at night, i hadent hear it for a few days, then wen i put my LR back in i did, so it must eb a pistol shrimp that was doing it, i saw another thread askign wh tmade it, i dont know where the thread went

It does sound like it is a pistil shrimp.

I wouldn't be too concerned about it. It probably won't bother any other tank inhabitants,

yep, that sounds like a pistol shrimp. shouldn't bother much (though heard horror stories about small fish which sleep low getting 'stunned' and dissappearing) but don't know if its too much trouble to take it out if you have lots of lr..

i dont mind it, a few clicks here and there, i thoguht it was cool, i was going to try to catch him, maybe put him in a friend fuge while i get my sump runnin
